As you grow and expand and your business gets bigger and you gain more connections and insights you will naturally fall into other categories.  

Well, April's rents were all paid, and the stimulus checks and unemployment benefits (with $600 bonuses) have gone out since then.

Then the rents coming in from other units are just bonus.

Some have actually paid me bonuses so I guess they think I don't charge enough :)

I put 35% away for all 4 categories, which is pretty standard.

I actually found some decent potential ones already but they were 5 units and I recently learned on this forum that puts them into the commercial category, which brings a different set of problems that might be best for me to avoid on my first investment.
