@Steve C.First things first, the best BBQ in Memphis is the Bar-B_Q Shop on Madison with The Commissary in Germantown is a close second.

There's very little oversight, unlike exp (and I'm sure most other national brokerages) where they've got a long list of guidelines to follow barring many things that are legal in the state.

Hi everyonei bought tax deed from auction 9 month ago, and i know and i know i have wait 12 month to start filling  for barment,my question is can start publishing in newspaper and serving the right of redemption letters now , and date the deadline redemption date for the 30 days after the one year. i mean can i start barment now and i will count 13 month to the deadline date for foreclosed and barred ?

In 2019 we need to raise the bar on some of these post to make them meaningful to everyone at all investor levels of the BP community not just clickbait for the newbies. 

That way you can see newer commercial development and be near some of college downtown scene if that rental market is of interest.
