That being said, I don't believe wholesaling is legal in every state so understanding laws surrounding that before you jump in will be important.There are definitely a lot of bad wholesalers out there!

Both attorneys say it was prorated but it doesn't appear to be so.

My last 3 closings, 3 BR Lee Harvard all in 75k, rent will be 1600, Duplex all in 90k rent will be 1800- 2k, Duplex all in 90k, again rents will be 1800- 2k.

I'd give them both the same rate unless there is a reason one would be different.
