So now I feel a wee bit better as this is my first line of defense.

I'm a huge fan of the BP podcasts and though I work in development, I credit BP with taking my inspiration to the next level and pushing me to pursue my own investments.

What they did was set-up a chain of fast ride couriers, a system later used by the Pony Express actually taken as inspiration for such. 

I was awe struck at the rent rates they were asking and getting...about $400-$500 over market. 

Also, willing to help and inspire others.

Though I have experience in construction, project management, marketing and sales, I’m confident many of you here have just as much if not more experience and expertise in these areas.Finally, inspiration struck this past week when I realized, most entrepreneurs are great at working ‘in’ their business.
