It’s just plain hot out there and we can mitigate all we can and at the end of the day, if your clients keep it ice cold in there, it’s going to be expensive.  

Ok so I am not a cold hearted person whatsoever.

My business partner will live here year-round; I may disappear during the winter months when it's super cold and the only people here will be people willing to live with ONLY electricity... no water, no sewer; bathrooms/showers in the clubhouse.  

Cold calling, finding buyers, hearing no, you'll come to understand what makes a good investment property and build your character. 

I have a burner phone for cold calls and I use my personal phone for follow ups.

I've been lingering around for quite some time soaking up as much information as I can and figured I should just put myself out there and really give this thing a shot.I've been wanting to get into REI for a long time but the limiting beliefs of "you're not capable of that" or "but that's only for rich people" has hindered me in actually taking actionable steps to move forward.When I first decided to actually learn, I knew absolutely nothing about REI and the jargon immediately started to give me anxiety and thoughts of this never being obtainable.

For investors I do stick to BP, FB groups, past clients/referrals, and cold calling.

@Chris Seveney, blast cold emailing people is a sure way to tank your email domain.

Been cold calling and agent outreaching but have not been too successful at it but am still trying to stay consistent with my effort.
