I got solar on our Primary, we are in Denver, and basically i traded an electric bill for a solar bill, at the time. 3 years later it is actually cheaper than the electric bill and we do get a check every year.I did hear that getting a battery bank helps make it more worth while.

But in some jurisdictions there are no local laws prohibiting it and likely few to no local law enforcement will enforce federal laws...But, I think the point you are trying to make is worth noting - it is no longer hidden or considered taboo.

Borrowers have to pay their HOA I am not from Florida either but I believe most states allow the HOA to foreclose for non payment of dues most states give HOA's special foreclosure laws that are stronger than a simple lien in order to give the bank 1st priority otherwise an HOA is a document recorded prior to the first and would hold priority if they didn't sign it or legislate that position away.
