When I make offers on the weekend, I put the upcoming Friday as the acceptance deadline.

We contacted the listing agent early in the week to get details on offer requirements and she replied with the details and also stated that there are already multiple offers and they want the best and final offer this Friday by noon.

I have a family, etc, so when I get home, it's not like I can just run out the door again.I typically have every other Friday off and off on the weekends.

We closed the day before Thanksgiving and didn't get over to the property until that Friday.

We meet once a month on Fridays at 6:00.

I put them out late Friday night and pick them up Sunday night.Lately I've been missing more and more signs earlier and earlier.

Even visiting on a weekend and a week day, say Sunday and Monday or Friday and Saturday.

love the sound though... we go up to Friday harbor and Eastsound for lunch quite a bit through out the summer flying in that area is some of the best scenery in US... we fly right over this little island coming and going.I would love to own a place their some day myself. maybe not that island I would want to be able to fly in... but I would take that over some low end rental out east  LOL
