So, if I were to say that I didn't attend a closing this past year, didn't make a loan, didn't swing a hammer, didn't list a property on the MLS or didn't do any installment sale, I would not have the pulse or rhythm of my market or be current in my market and couldn't be current with rules, regulations, laws or ordinances applicable to RE?

They could cancel their permits Contractors talk to each other , we see each other at the supply houses , home depot etc ,word could get out that you dont pay your bills, that you are difficult to work for , costing you more on future projects .I am not saying who is right or wrong , BUT It may be easier and cheaper in the long run to settle with him and complete the project .

Now, in a few more years we'll put a paint job on it, probably 6 to 8K, about $33 a month over the holding period.Saying that all the analysis goes out the window at the end of the year when no real maintenance or improvement issues arise, it can be the cost of cleaning supplies, nothing in the big picture.

Hi C, I suggest you start by asking your zoning regulators there if this is possible.I suspect building below your tenant in a MH will violate their quiet enjoyment, maybe giving them free rent will keep them there until building is done.On 1 acre, wouldn't it be cheaper and as profitable just to drag in another MH and set it on a 1/2 acre?
