@Nick Rose will the ecobee work without having an internet connection in the house?

Google “lady fined $72,000 for Vegas Airbnb” for reference.  

This past August I sold an investment property to a lady and gave her 2 months before she had to start making payments.  

and that lady was a nurse !!! 

Wrong on so many levels I don't know where to start.Or how about the lady above who says it against federal law to transfer to anything but a trust.  

Or as I like to tell my wife while she is fussing that I'm too frugal:"listen lady,  I'm going to drag you to prosperity kicking and screaming whether you like it or not, stop resisting"

I did that for me cleaning lady who purchased one of my flips.Also, what is the ramifications if after sending the intent to sell letter you don't sell? 

Rose,Mortgage rates have dropped since December if you have owned the property for 6 months simply do a "Rate & Term" refinance and transition into a conventional loan. 

Add both of the payments together ( the assumable loan and the new payment your financing from the lady at whatever interest rate) Does it cash flow? 

For my apartment, I could expect up to 100 USD/day in the top months, approx. 3k/months, and something between 1 and 2k in the other months, subject always to 25% fee for Wehost.As now, there is uncertainty about the lock down and whether tourist season 2021 will kick-off or not, I decided to rent out "mid-term", rented to a French lady working for the EU and I got a top price, 700 EUR/months.
