My primary residence here in Lake Oswego is the question.turns out one of my projects got harpooned by the City of Lake Oswego and the cost to split the estate lot in two just does not make sense..

Hi, I am looking at two possible residences in the Greater Austin Area.  

I've even gutted a cabin to the point where the roof was shaky because the sidewalls were all gone and the roof was sitting on just wall studs before residing and reroofing. 

My dream is to get into vacation rentals in Northern Minnesota, but my immediate goals are to purchase a primary residence and pay down my husband's loans from Chiropractic school. 

Assuming everything else is good about a city you're thinking about investing in except that most of the residents commute for work to neighboring towns for work.

Requires 15% down. 203k is for primary residence.

I'm setting up a single-family residence for multiple living units.

I currently live in a 4 unit in a different city that I have been house hacking for 3 years and i'd like to change my residence to this new property.I'd appreciate some guidance on what steps I need to take as far as making sure I am in compliance with the HUD rules.

Been living in my primary residence now 2 years and hoping for another one so I can get a new roof lol. 

Our Financing Contingency ended 5/6, so now we are out a $5k Earnest Money deposit (plus the appraisal, survey and inspection, $7500 total) and don't get this great deal unless we act fast.In short, we provided to income docs for my wife, but our current primary residence is in her name, so that didn't help the DTI much, and we ended up losing the deal.
