I like regular renters who jobs and income improve with the economy rebounding and unemployment falling in the years to come.

A home is the anchor of our social structure, it provides security that effects social interactions of a community, economic activities are based in RE, schools are funded by RE, homes are where the sick rest, where children are secured and learn, where families stay together.

The money raise side of the business is a lot different than the development side of the business, but overall I think the folks I interact with to gate raises on all the sites have a pretty good grasp of both industries.  

Not regular maintenance, but you name it, it went wrong......

I pay the fees for document maintenance to a law firm who works with them regularly.

In my area, I regularly rehab houses for 10-20k.  

I know that written goals is an integral component of success it's just that I don't know exactly how to go about doing.I recently finished reading Think & Grow Rich and I want to create a goal sheet that I can review regularly.

There are real estate investment groups that meet regularly across the country if you need to find people to run deals by.And of course there are people who will give you free bad advice.
