Accessing through the easement is direct, much shorter, no hill to navigate, no gravel road, and comes off the nicer neighborhood - which I can use to promote my property with w/o paying hoa dues because even though we access through the development I would not be in the development.

I guess the grey area promotes blogs and forums with differring opinions.

A group of investors can rent their own property as well which covers the basic operation and then there would be many salespeople to promote the properties as well.

If the city council and planning folks ever get their head on straight, and start promoting job growth, it is poised to blow up.

This is in a price range in which the property may be able to be resold for cash by promoting it on real estate websites.

What irritates me is that you get a guru like Greg promoting free videos and reports but it turns out to be a smoke screen for a program that costs form $1500-$2000.On top of that you get his inner circle of other gurus to promote his new program by offering bonuses themselves thus creating a big and annoying email campaign.Welcome to the new age of selling real estate programs.
