If you bought in 2018 and sold in 2022, you probably made out like a bandit.Waco seems to have been pretty tough place to make money the past couple of years, so hopefully you were in that group. 

Along with risks of natural disasters some areas of the country are also more litigious or even have more uncertain jury pools and that can also play into insurance pricing.

Rent increases might have been tough, will be interesting to hear of your success here about raising rents.

Your big box banks have very limited programs for you to choose from and bad rates and surprise points.
