I'm not huge on sales but I am huge on business and I think I can overcome my sales weaknesses pretty easily with proper branding and marketing.I have done some due diligence and my house inspector and realtor didn't seem to think it would be a problem, but thanks for the heads up!

We knew this was going to be needed when we purchased the property and budgeted accordingly, but it doesn’t change the fact that we needed to make two trips down to meet multiple contractors for estimates and another to meet the city permitting inspector.

Then of course while walking through the property you and/or the inspector do not need to tell the tenants you are a potential buyer....ask the tenants what they think needs fixing and ask what the process is like now when they do ask for something to be repaired....that will tell you a LOT about the current "property management".
