The heating cost is much lower than forced air or individual units.If you are upgrading, I would definitely look at switching to natural gas.

With NoCo being a strong appreciating market and the possibility of inflation heating up getting in sooner would be a way to protect the money you do invest and get more for your money.In my opinion it is more important to buy right, getting a property below market value that cash flows even with PMI.
