Looking to connect with folks in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area in Florida.

I’ve always said that the Bay Area market here in CA is one of the most unique and challenging markets to master.

I am in the Tampa Bay area but across the bay in Pinellas where the beaches are. 

I am based in the Bay Area, so I am looking at cities like Fresno CA and Sacramento CA, but I have found great deals pop up all across America, so it is making me question if staying in California is the best option.Thanks, Daivic

Thank you @Jason Rhodewalt In my experience, bay area you can cash flow a tad on day 1 even for SFRs, but you have to look hard and low with a broad criterion.
