Hello,I am in need of a lawyer to help form my LLC.

It's not good form to have one agent show you a property and then buy with another agent.

So for me, renting properties and then airbnb’ing them is fast money, whIch I am looking for rIght at thIs moment.

But, this is an amazing learning experience for me, to get into the roots of the divorce properties. 

Some form of this question comes up on these forums every day it seems.

From the city guys coming out the guys doing the work for me. picked up two more opportunities in the same neighborhood as they felt I should make offers on the houses because the owners are being fined but not pulling permits and doing Shady work.II had an ex partner I used to tell him he'd step over a dollar to pick up a nickel busy try to cut corners. in this business it's very easy to do the right thing pull a permit do the right correct work and it'll pay off in the long run. in this situation before I would close on the unit the gentleman mentioned above I would call the city inspectors and get their opinions on things now it might even help you be able to lower the purchase price.

When lease renewal time comes for our tenants, we send a form letter on our letterhead with 2-3 renewal options.

I can only hope it works out as well for me as this deal did you for! 

He doesn't want to deal with tenants, so he gives me one of the units for free in exchange for me to deal with them, and to help him land this first property so he doesn't have to apply as much effort towards this deal. 

My question (I'm new to this and just trying to get creative) is lets say there is a deal here (whatever the numbers say)... is it legal for me to sign a contract to get equitable rights to the property.
