It's hard finding numbers online because most are unlisted, on a do not call list, change their number too frequently, or have cell phones.

Check out their rental history with their credit report, is their cell phone an area code that they did not tell you they lived?

Those are antiquated instruments used primarily as predatory devices.  

because I've done closings for cell tower companies, I've had the opportunity to work title on a national basis;  some of my legal work for the larger firms was nationally-oriented, too.

I'm not sure if they are just bored, or if they are sadistic or if they just got their first cell phone, but you will get a lot of people that ask you that before they ask you about the house.The problem is, you have to have a reason that your sign says, "I'm desperate".

And to those yawho's above who said you have to put in the work, that's just a load of crap and a copout, again I didn't pay 40k to be left to my own devices. 

And because cell phones can be stolen, broken, everything on these iPhones are backed up into I-cloud, and also two apps that back up the messages onto my computers that has backup. 

This section on "Controlling Ring Devices With Users and Roles" makes it seem like I can have an Owner role while giving tenants a Shared User role.
