I have a duplex property in Los Angeles that needs about 5-6K in immediate repairs/work.

I have a few wholesale properties in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and San Fernando Valley.  

I target 5+ multifamily units and commercial buildings in the greater west Los Angeles and Ventura County areas.

I have regular ol' Blue Cross insurance that is subsidised a bit.

Not looking for the bottom of the barrel neighborhoods with lots of boarded ups and bars on windows, but blue collar good rental areas are fine.Would love to get any referrals.
