Do you have the time or staff to do that now?

Although I strive to become a full time investor I do still have a day job as a Field Staff Insurance Adjuster.  

Didnt think about that at all..The builder incentive are really good, you are right, I was on market for used home, but new houses were 10K more expensive with all fancy staff, so I went for it.Definitely I will call agents in the area!

We have a great team in place (four full time maint guys, plus four office staff and a leasing agent); without a great team like we have, it would be a complete nightmare.

So I tried to contact Sean's company and was quickly called back by one of their staff, who's only interest was selling me the course.

But, now that we have 250+ we have a staff of 7 that handles all the day-to-day.

You need to make sure that you have a proper staff to do the turns before and after each guests.

I would, I presume, hire a solid manager and relatively low-wage cleaning staff (other staff?).
