I’ve been in the industry for a little over 4 years now, and even though I still consider myself new I wanted to start this discussion to share my opinion of why this happens and would love for people to share their perspective on it too.

Balancing parenthood with my investment journey is a new adventure for me, but one I'm eager to embrace.In my free time, I love immersing myself in different cultures and exploring new corners of the globe.

I've read 'Wealth without Cash' and follow Pace Morby, but I would love to connect with some people IN SEATTLE (or the surrounding areas) who have done and are currently making deals this way.

Since I already own two properties in ATL market and thinking to expand it over there for couple of more properties but would love to explore other markets as well.  

Would love to learn more before I make a pitch of any kind to the private money lenders.Thanks!
