I was running into wholesales where I knew I was about to go 70-100K up.

They make a wholesaler or rehab investor's job that much easier.

I'm a wholesaler out of the Milwaukee, WI area.

We flip and wholesale residential properties, and are starting a real estate business (as in, hiring agents and representing buyers and sellers).I'd love to connect with investors in the Dallas, Tyler, and East Texas areas.

In my mind, if you offer, see the house, determine you need a $50k discount, that may be a hard push rather than see the house and offer the lower figure to start.Then again I am not a wholesaler, nor have I studied the intricacies of wholesaling.Andrew
