despite popular decision, my thinking for #2 is that a majority of my clients are "unintentional landlords"and actually have "peace of mind" as priority, where they really just look to me to make sure their sh*t is straight.....Also, good feedback I got on facebook is that #2 would also very well translate to marketing to tenants looking at my listings......Any of this credible or carry any weight in marketing for you guys?......

Where I am in Washington DC area I've heard something like 30-45K, then 10-20% of net profit on each deal they sign up.Want to weight it heavier to variable pay like any sales job so they're hungry and motivated to go and hunt.
