It's sad that it seems so much more acceptable for apartment communities or management companies to be reviewed on sites like yelp.

Is this best site for searching for investment properties?

A lot of people will use turn key reviews you can see virtually every turn key company in america and every turn key market on ONE website.. without having to go into their squeeze page and get spammed.whats really cool is Brie also put up a comparison tab so you can pop on say a property by Smartland and compare it with one from JWB side by side.. and or any other turn key companies..check it out its a great first tool to start to narrow down your search.also from my point of view all these markets are interchangeable..

I also question the legitimacy of sites such as neighborhoodscout in their altruism as you are required to purchase a subscription for access to their information.

Also, what are some of the things that one could do to perform due diligence before investing in this sort of crowd funding site?

prepagent.com is a good website also prep agent on YouTube is a good study guide to learn off of some of the videos are goofy/funny but I think that helps it stick to your memory.

usually if you go to hudzu or the hud.gov website you can find r.e. agents recommended for whatever particular housing market. fishtown is a subdivision of Philly.
