Look to youtube videos for some inspiriation.

It's now upstairs, fully denailed (we made a YouTube video showing how) and stacked up waiting for other mechanicals to go in.

She has a cat, and one of her 2 other roommates (both male) was holding a gun to the cats head while she was away and sent a video to one of her friends.

With a stay at home wife, she could handle the interactions with guests, maintenance requests, coordinating cleaning etc.  

I liked it because the 15 hour interactive courses where able to be done on-line as a webinar.

. - I'm not sure how NY laws specifically interact with contract law and labor laws, but from my experience in my market Mechanic's Liens are a great example of the manipulable holes in our system.The mechanic can certainly file a lien, with little or no evidence. 

It is awesome to interact and meet with other like minded individuals looking to create wealth and dictate life on their own terms instead of suffering by being trapped in the rat race!

Don't be afraid to ask you're realtor for interior and exterior videos, especially if you're committed to the area.

Also, government interaction is a big one.

So basically can anyone recommend a good video, person, explanation, an excel spreadsheet anything would be great.
