SHE knows you the BEST5) If i have read the set up of your questions ... your venture is based on that what you DAD created NOT what YOU have created.. to add to #4 above 6) She is absolutely correct that $200-$400/month/property is NOTHING ... it about scale 7) To replace or earn or come to same stage at hers (10K ish) ... you need to have around 40-50 properties aka 4mil-6 mil of portfolio value .... aka 3ish mil of loan ... again assuming you guys have been married for a while ..

The bounced check was especially disconcerting and I’m worried that when the current tenants lease is up in June that the whole song and dance will start over from the beginning while he continues to generate monthly cashflow instead of putting the house on the market - even more so since he has been utterly unreliable in remitting my half of the rent.
