Sadly I understand the stupidity in the system and always put full stars like my "Auto Order of shampoo" was as amazing as the "Hotel stay where they upgraded me to a suite and gave me free room service" simply because the line was long and I had to wait all of 10 minutes (I wasn't upset or even had a stern look, they just offered).

There are some aspects I don't love, but I still enjoy turning a property over (painting, cleaning, maintenance, upgrading), and knowing I am providing a nice place for someone to live.

Things like upgraded filters and hand sanitizer stations are also being discussed and implemented.

We understand that you've paid X amount of dollars for your property and you've increased its value by doing some upgrades, but keep in mind that that may not increase the market vale of your home.

@Christian Kama I would also mention to him that your upgrades will improve the value of the property.

However...Recently, a friend (possible investing partner down the road) told me about an up-and-coming neighborhood in our city that is a few miles away from some major investments in our economic center and is receiving infrastructure upgrades (sewers, drainage, etc.).
