In my town bike paths connect practically everything.

I'll agree with the previous poster- the biggest issue for out of town investors here is the lack of knowledge on the area.I have lived my whole life in the metro area, my parents were born and raised in Detroit (moved out with the white flight) and I still don't feel I know enough to start sinking money into it RIGHT NOW.  

Looking for good referrals of property manager, and handymen who do good work at a fair price and can be trusted to work with out of town owners.

Moment with going to my local bank in my home town population of 2k :) 

Also, will be looking for another REI group around town. 

The condition, town sewer, system update, 3rd floor walk-up and great in-town location to schools, MBTA, EBSCO & restaurants – makes this a very desirable property when completed.

But none of the buyers we had (and we knew what they were looking for) said they were interested, even though it matched their criteria as far as the town, purchase price, cost to build etc, saying it was a few blocks over from the side of town they prefer.

Mostly 3-4 multi plex. anyone in the area that can give me some pointers of which parts of town to stay away from and which areas to research a lot more.
