Hi,I am considering purchasing 3 duplexes all located next to each other (built the same year with the same floor plan).

The downstairs is at the bottom of the hill, and the upstairs as rooms coming off of the 1k built directly on the basement apartment. 

There is a property in foreclosure in my town that I'm interested in, but I'm confused about a couple things:1) How do you answer the objection from the seller who says their credit is already ruined because of missing so many mortgage payments? 

Those towns north of the MA Pike and west of 495 tend to get a lot more snow. 

The east side of town seems to be expanding the most these days.

So it’s a big project but my town has a high demand for renters but it will not appreciate.
