I have had many airplanes over the years and boy talk about here today and gone tomorrow and in the US you are not legally bound like other countries to file a flight plan so you can just stay out of Class Bravo airpace and no one will ever know where your at.

you might  get an idea from your mortgage person  regarding rate / fees / costs / payments  for this idea   using todays  pricing  just so you are aware  2)  your lender is likely  going to have to use the lesser of the  acquisition price or  appraised value  3)   ask your lender for the maximum loan to  value  they can go up to ...it may be only 65% - 70%   whereas  if you used financing to but the  property - you might be able to go up to a  85% ltv  is desired and thus  keep more of your capital  freed up  

The lender will have to send the originals that your mother signed.It's because I resolved to not break any laws in this deal, that I am here today with such a long tale. 

Fast forward and many,many deals later now I'm looking for my second run here on the central west coast of Florida this time.

Today the selling realtor relisted the property on the MSL as 'Active' with no notice to us . 

(Tenants are still in the home.)Fast forward to today, and I've planned to go visit the property and the PM is refusing to give me keys to my own house!

@Freddie Williams Definitely possibleTime frame depends on how fast you work and how much seasoning your lender requires for refinance.Are you looking at 5+ units?

I would try to clarify the question to them and if they still try and say it's not possible then I'd run to a different bank as fast as possible.
