Some buyers have emotion in whatever property they had an offer in, in that instance you can either work on quotes to fix it/negotiate with the seller to fix it/adjust pricing.

Looking for that first property is so emotional.

@Lue Brooks,It's pretty sad how some tenants can cause damage to the property and emotional/financial damage to the owner.Be sure to have a licensed pest control company inspect and treat for the bedbugs, and get a certificate of treatment.
