Save for real estate or invest more into stocks and when the economy goes back to normal, cash out and buy even more real estate?

This could be a good time to consider selling and using a 1031 exchange to get into a larger property without tapping into as much of your available cash.

Perhaps you sold your Apple or Amazon stock to get the initial $100K; that passive gain would be offset (no tax). 

I hear people on Money or FI podcasts will sometimes purchse a single share of this stock.

@Jacob Sampson although I agree with you Jacob in order to do a 1031 exchange which I assume will be done in this scenario a package sell is much easier, not to mention owner occupied means they have to give notice to all those tenants, also a headache.
