I look forward to many sharing their startup process to include developing a real estate business plan which have been stressed as very important.

Just know there will be bumps some financial some only stress.

My personal opnion:This business sounds a lot of stress into a relationship between all the "partners"It sounds that you are feeling underpaid and your mother has the power to pull the plug on any deal that you find.I would just scracth everything, and start from zero.

While this seems a good idea you will pay for that many times over with grief and stress from your family.

Each will stress different aspects that pertain to the audience.It's the who, what, when, where, why, how of your business.

Does having that many deals going on at once stress you out?

So, coming from CPA, I cannot stress this enough ... find someone who specialized in real estate. 

I'm going to not get worked up any more about it, because this situation is definitely building and stressing me out. 

It can be a lot of work and stress, with little/no appreciation.

In fact if new to real estate it might be better in terms of stress etc.
