Simple things like running prospective tenant/buyers by a mortgage broker to find out how and when they can qualify for a mortgage.

Austin is still growing rapidly as are property values.Also, historically values rise, plain and simple.

A simple good search will answer these type of questions you asked.Listen to 200 BP podcasts and then go buy something like this.

The home is rented for $1350, minus property management expenses it gives us $563.52 per month (I haven't factored in other expenses, trying to keep this post simple).
