Many decide not to deal with new investors at all, and others become much more selective with whom they choose to work with.

If you go this route, be selective with the duplex or triplex you go with.

@Kayla Marek  In my opinion, tenant selection decisions such as this become much easier if you have established minimum rental criteria for your applicants set up in advance.
