Having reviewed what's previously been discussed on this forum regarding whether people list what their actual cleaning cost is vs. a reduced (or in some cases inflated) price, can anyone share if there is a tax liability with this I'm unaware of?

Many DSCR lenders have different guidelines as it's a grey area type of loan.

Most lenders want your housing expense to be less than 40% of your monthly income… sometimes closer to 30%… but usually between the two figures.  

That's what I see as a lender myself, and something to keep in mind as you are acquiring leverage.

In short, it would negate any advantage to making any early payments, with this advantage to the lender balanced by providing a noticeably lower monthly payment than the $1548.67 to the borrower.

I reached out to several lenders about financing this project for the cost and renovation, I was either met with they only go up to 6 units, or the building has to  be occupied,  or that I was too in experience and I needed to put a license builder on the note with me.
