Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

For starters, I'd recommend only mailing to people you've confirmed to be the property owner.

@Avery Biles I would recommend finding a one on one mentorship. 

Many other attorneys by default recommend that their client has their tax advisors review the agreements prior to execution.So...they should be, and most tax advisers want to be in that room when the documents are being drafted, but we can't help when no one tells us what is going on. 

I would also recommend going to some local RE meetups in your area.

It's been a game-changer, allowing us to respond faster to inquiries and provide clearer instructions and local recommendations for our guests.Automation has truly transformed our business, making it more efficient and improving the overall guest experience by leaps and bounds.

I highly recommend creating procedures for them, either written or recorded.

However, we don't know the names of any of these firms or companies, and before we delve into this we would like to gain some feedback or personal recommendations from those who have.  

I've also added a spreadsheet for me to help me with a little extra organization.Anyway, I highly recommend it as it's easily a net positive and takes almost no time. 

I'd recommend having 1 QB account that both you and your partner can access for reports and income/expense tracking.Regarding the platform, I've used QB for over 4 years and its been a game changer for me.
