After said letter is received from the credit bureau then the loan would then be removed from the individuals personal credit and be transferred to the LLC credit.Is the scenario above a true scenario?

I do not have any intention of selling/buying with clients full-time; however, I find that I typically work 3-4 transactions annually for myself or friends/family.
