Like the previous post said pricing will depend on condition and many Yorba Linda renters expect at least a moderately updated home. 3 bed 2 bath start in the $3,000 and will go up from there depending on location and amenities.

Commercial real estate is in real trouble, banks & commercial lending outfits will not touch mixed use.

I understand that the beneficiaries of the estate didn't want anything to do with operating commercial real estate, so it was just left to fail.

The amount will depend on the rent control in the local jurisdiction.
