@Kevin MartinSomeone once told me tax deed auctions are like cutting down a tree.. 95% sharpening the axe and 5% cutting....means do your recon...check public records and property appraiser...avoid ones with 3 or more listed owners in property appraiser.40% get redeemed.Dont trust Google street view...do a driveby..break inside if needed...check them out!!!

Entity is normally used for liability protection, but until you have a sizable real estate portfolio you will be just fine with adequate amount of liability insurance, be sure to get at least $300K to $500K of liability coverage on your landlord policy.

Turning off credit card payments is unfortunately no protection from a tenant who chooses to lie and steal or make payments with funds that aren’t theirs.Second, Cozy doesn't do anything specifically to "allow" a dispute – in fact, all financial transactions across industries are subject to the same fraud and dispute laws – so it's not unique to Cozy.
