In florida if you are licensed you are obligated to many disclosure procedures.

Much of it is universal, but some is U.S.A. specific - things are somewhat different in areas of finance, regulation and taxation.

I personally know guys who do this and nearly all travel related expenses are that of business, full wite off.Downside, maintaining more than one license, learning laws and regulations in more than one state.

This is regulated by Federal Law, not just Massachusetts law.
