My units are clean and the nicest units in the area (at least that are advertised on craigslist)3) Offer a free, preliminary application prior to them submitting the $35 fee for the background, eviction and credit check.4) Presented a nice craigslist ad with pictures and information about both the unit and the area.5) Ensured that the entire property is smoke free.If there's anything I'm missing, please chime in!

always insist on a preliminary title report.. read it and ask for any docs mentioned in it that are of convern.. some title companies will send along the CCR's as a matter of course others will not and will only do it if you ask.very common in some markets for the closing attorney to simply tell you title is OK ..

So, the eviction is stayed pending our investigation which is also tantamount to saying we don't own the property.At this point, everything is kind of a mess.
