Hi,Can anyone share some thoughts and/or past experiences of taking out a line of credit or doing some type of cash out refinance against land that is owned out right?

Additionally, I am currently in negotiations for a three unit comercial/retail property using bank and seller financing.... units five, six and seven... checkwhich means that 8 weeks into the year I was already well past the half way point to my goal for the whole year!!!...

I wanted to put this out to see if anyone else has used this in the past, and potentially do not have a real estate agent that can whip them something up from the MLS (like me!)
