I've never used them for anything but the listings b/c I found it easy enough to develop a network of maintenance folks and handle it myself.

I've found some helpful information just by networking with my own associations... agents came from other area's and have "insider knowledge of agents" from where they came from.

I will try to network with some of the brokers in my area to see what I can do.

Otherwise, you need to network with bankers and get yourself out there.

Since joining the site, I have found the articles a wealth of information as well as great place to net work.

It is very possible to do though if you start networking with investors that would buy your deals.

Networking is extremly important in this business.

Real estate clubs are great because you can learn a ton and network very easily.
