If by partnership you mean a legal partnership (LLC or LP or otherwise), then that legal entity would need to either dissolve (or deed out your 50% to you) prior to sale before you could sell your own 50%.

If they have other property (outside of a primary residence) then it could work out but you have zero equity protection and going in 2nd behind hard money provides all sorts of risks and issues, even if they allowed you to.

I'm not a lawyer, no legal advice, but if it says "in accordance with terms provided by Owner," and it's not in accordance with terms you provided them, then I'd think you shouldn't have to accept it.

We have noticed that all types of government tenants are more likely to complain about indoor air quality issues, and almost all of the complaints are bogus.

Now I’m in Brandon Turners A Better Life Tribe which I’m having some technical issues with but after about 10 weeks of not being able to use the site they seem to have fixed it and I’ve been able to use different services associated with it all along so not a total loss.
