On the medium density zoning it says conditional use is multi family does that mean I would have to get the zoning board approval rather then get them to switch the zoning designation?

The design looks great, but the FAQ was lacking and they seem to be a new company started around 2015.

I've got MLS access, its a big help because you can see the interior pics of the recent sold comparables and such, but the other sites (Trulia, Redfin, Zillow) have enough info to have an idea what something is worth.

Because I enjoy the planning and coordination, I enjoy design and building, I want to be out in the field often, and I believe I'd excel at it.
