Some of the first low water toilets you could just change out the flapper to get more water per flush.Jerry:Yes, some of the early (North American) low flush units were simply existing 13l (3.4 gallon) designs setup for less water which should never have been marketed.

If there's a problem, I want help now and don't want to deal with voice menu hell.Cons:The set-up interface could be better designed, but if you or your tenant has any questions, again, great customer service is available.Processing time is several days, and over a holiday weekend like this one, it can be 5 days before the money is available in my bank account.

I've got MLS access, its a big help because you can see the interior pics of the recent sold comparables and such, but the other sites (Trulia, Redfin, Zillow) have enough info to have an idea what something is worth.

But profits are also subject to Self Employment taxes, so there's plusses and minuses to both methods.The issue with taxes is that it is both an art and a science to maximize tax savings and balance other needs and it's really important to sit with a knowledgeable CPA and talk about your specific situation (not your friend's, not somebody else on BP, not your mentor) and have them help you design a tax plan built for you.
