My biggest obstacle is to just keep the rooms occupied with quality tenants (who come in all shapes and sizes)!

Anyway, for the past couple of years, when came around to notifying about her lease renewal and rent increase, she always managed to complain about repairs/issues we've supposedly neglected to fix in her apartment.

My tenet now wants to bring in her daughter and a 10lbs poodle for a week as her daughter is between houses.

I have a tenet in my 4 unit building in Chicago who wants to bring in her daughter and dog for a week.

It's just inherent in the business model...and the business model is still untested.Opendoor just got slapped with a $62 million dollar fine from the FTC for deceptive business practices.
