There are plenty of individuals or teams out there that have deals but no money.

The right answer depends on such a multitude of variables and circumstances that unique to each individual at that point in time…What are your specific goals?

Otherwise we have a master key for us and they get thier individual keys.

We are RE investors of many years in Calgary and are always excited to talk to like minded individuals.

Preferably one that has experience in flips and understands the numbers.

I always urge folks to not buy properties sight unseen, but there are those who prefer to do this due to time / flexibility restrictions.
