The trust will own the property, not the Trustees. 

I am working with an investor friendly agent that has had great reviews on biggerpockets but still doing my own research on them, their content, and their recommended vendors/services. 

Lastly, touch base with a few insurance agents.

As a real estate agent and seasoned short-term rental (STR) host with over seven years of experience, I've seen the STR market evolve, especially post-2021, where competition is at an all-time high.

My #1 thing is I would have chosen a different agent!

I know in NC/SC when I looked at STRs a few years ago I have seen some saying we would have to bring our own linens.

We've also started to make some collective investments and have some other ideas in mind.Write me if you want to participate.Which other activities do you do in other groups or clubs in your own areas?
