Without understanding your goals in the property it's impossible to answer.I wouldn't buy... but then I already have a place to live and believe in investing for cash flow to allow me to accumulate additional properties.

The other is that there are no comps, if there are no comps financing will be impossible for an owner occupant/second home transaction and you'll be looking for a cash buyer and most folks with cash will get opinions from other professionals.....see where this is going?
